At top of the list has to be our decision to launch the awards nationwide this year (rather than waiting till 2020 as we’d originally intended). A BHAG if ever there is one, as it stretches our WIANZ HQ resources, challenges our thinking, behaviors, and shortens our nails in ways you can’t begin to imagine.
